What is your favourite food memory from childhood?
My mom used to personally bake birthday cakes for me. Such memories are most cherishing since the flavours were amazing, out-of-this-world and too yummy. The cakes were loaded with maa ka pyar.

What’s your favourite comfort food?
Belgian chocolate ice cream from Baskin Robbins 

3 reasons why you consider yourself a Foodie?
1. I love experimenting by trying new dishes in a restaurant’s menu.
2. I can’t resist when my favourite food is being cooked or served.
3. I can manage to eat my favourite street food amidst the total chaos of a crowded street.

What’s the strangest dish you’ve ever tried?
Roasted prawns.

If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Khichdi, it’s healthy and wholesome.

Keto diets – Never tried
Intermittent fasting – It’s good as you can eat anything till the fasting time.
Fusion food cuisine – I feast on fusion food cuisine. Its nice to try new options.

Which superfoods have impressed you the most?
Green salad with pomegranate and berries with the hint of mint chutney and lime juice. It was divine for sure.

What are your favourites?
Indian street food – Chaat papdi
Indian dessert – Milk cake
Hidden gem restaurant of your city (and why) – Chawlas2 for its scrumptious non veg dishes like mutton rogan josh.

Over-rated Indian restaurant in your city (and why) – Mc Donald’s for it’s normal not so good food especially chicken nuggets, tea and French fries.The restaurant you keep going back to - Not particularly one, but I like restaurants with good aura and dim lights and of course good food.

How do you detox your body after an overdose of eating out?
Drink lots of warm water for a day and exercising. Sip on coconut water too.

Any health foods you swear by?
Homemade vegetable salads, orange juice, khichadi
